A few days ago I took a shot at CNN for front-paging a story about a girl from Reno, Nev., who was raped and murdered by who police suspect is a serial rapist in the area.

I was about to include a swipe about how the MSM relentlessly covers the Natalee Holloways and Caylee Anthony stories, but haven’t mentioned much about Diamond and Tionda Bradley, who have been missing for seven years. I’m glad I held back because in my research I found that they have been talked about by some networks recently, just not to this kind of fanfare. Plus it would have made the paranoid me think that CNN producers are reading my blog and stealing my story ideas.

For now I’ll just think that they’re reading my mind.
