Empty theater tonight for I Am Legend. I dug it. But, like Signs, I could have done without the CGI monsters. They were way creepier as passing silhouettes than they were up-close and personal. Though it’s a book adaptation, IAL almost seemed like 28 Days Later set in New York with a budget on steroids. Will Smith was awesome, and (if you haven’t already) you should see it for his performance alone.
