I love Tessipes, and Jim Chaney knows his way around the kitchen as well. But you know what? There’s nothing wrong with being lazy and making yourself some triscuit nachos (triscuits, four-cheese Mexican shredded, Tabasco) and washing it down with some 100-percent de agave tequila, neat.
