“Lisztomania” by Phoenix (Classixx Remix, from the upcoming Kitsune’ compilation)
Well nothing can be as perfect as the original, but I enjoy this remix as it transitions the Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix aesthetic from perfect daytime Summer music to perfect nighttime summer music. And although it’s more popular to account for Phoenix’s more upbeat tunes, sometimes their flawless craftmanship translates to slinky 4/4 dance numbers and the results are AMAZING.

If tunes like this and the Fabolous track Jim Chaney posted earlier are what we can expect this summer, it’s going to be good summer of music, indeed.
